We care more about the deal than the ZIP code.
Local market underwriting
We evaluate comparable sales, rents, neighborhood demand, repairs and investor economics in the actual market—not from a national average.
Local closing professionals
Title companies, attorneys and other transaction professionals vary by state. The closing process should fit local practice.
State-specific compliance
Wholesaling, assignments, disclosures and licensing requirements are not identical nationwide. A transaction has to fit the law where the property sits.
A good property in a small market can be more interesting than a bad property in a famous market.
We do not restrict our review to a short list of “hot cities.” If the property, price, rent, debt or seller situation creates a workable opportunity, send it. The fastest way to find out is to give us the address and the basics.
